If last year for me was a year of carelessness and indifference, this year I want it to be a year of consciousness and planned days.

As I go through the planners that I want to use for the whole year, I had another one of these questions that seem to bug me all throughout the day.

What is that one bad habit that you want to change for the next year?

For me, it would be sleeping late and waking up late. I know it could sound viable to be sleeping early and waking up early, but for me, it is a continuous challenge I need to face. Being the nocturnal person that I am, if I know it is still not passed twelve in the evening, my brain will not rest. So the easiest excuse for me is to not look at the clock and just rely on my own body clock.

I’ve basically tried all the techniques and tips to have your body resting on time, but it just won’t work. When you work at home, the mind just tends to work overtime too. So the only moment I get to sleep on time is when I’m physically exhausted. But then again, it must feel so nice to have that routine of sleeping early and waking up early.
