I have been there. Overthinking things even before it happens. I have been guilty of over-analyzing things even before it happens. Thus making me so stressed out even before it actually happens.

Does that happen to you? Do you over think things just to make sure you actually think about it – but you end up stressed for no reason at all?

I’ts funny how you can get caught up in your own mental state when in reality things nearly aren’t so hard and complicated. A phone call to be made. A meeting to attend. An event when you need to wake up early in the morning and come home late, scared you’ll do it again the next day and be late. The event is two weeks away – but in your head the event is already happening.

It’s like a snowball rolling and rolling down hill. As it rolls, it gathers more snow and it gets bigger and bigger. And then, it hits a wall and shatters.

It’s like that. It’s crazy how brain makes you feel stressed for no reason at all. And then at the end, you realize you have over think and your worrying has been so nonsense.

Stop it. Watch what you’re thinking even before you think about it. You’ll realize you are more happier and less stress. Because overthinking is a thing and mental issues are serious maters.
